By the end of the course, participants will understand—through analysis—the full set of actions and formalities required when goods enter or exit the country at every stage. This analysis includes the potential application of the Administrative Customs Procedure, precautionary embargoes, circumstantial reports, and statements of facts. The course will enable participants to formulate and analyze the pedimento through practical examples.
