The participants wll understand that Crisis Management (also called Management or Incident Management) is a fundamental practice that many organizations must implement, whether by their business environment or by the type of their activity. This workshop will provide them the basics and processes for structuring an IMT (Incident Management Team), developing its Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and creating a successful Crisis Management program .
